Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village are two of metro Denver's most affluent communities, sitting side by side. Cherry Hills Village is estate-only with almost no commercial development — quiet, wooded, equestrian-friendly, home to Cherry Hills Country Club. Greenwood Village blends estate neighborhoods with the Denver Tech Center's office core and the Landmark's walkable retail/dining. Very different daily experiences, both at the top of the market.

Estate-only residential — almost no commercial activity within town limits. Winding roads, mature trees, equestrian and pedestrian trails, minimum lot sizes that preserve a semi-rural feel just minutes from downtown Denver. Cherry Hills Country Club and Cherry Hills Village Elementary anchor community life. Long a home for prominent metro Denver residents.
Mixes estate neighborhoods (Greenwood Hills, The Preserve) with the Denver Tech Center's high-rise office core and the Landmark — a walkable retail/dining/entertainment cluster on the town's east side. More going on day-to-day than Cherry Hills; a working commercial center as well as a residential community.

Both are established, mature communities where most neighborhoods are outside metropolitan districts — property tax structures are simpler than in the newer south-metro suburbs. That said, always confirm with your title company on any specific parcel; there are exceptions.
